obvious

obvious
Easily discovered, seen, or understood; readily perceived by the eye or the intellect; plain; patent; apparent; evident; clear; manifest. Whether a patent is "obvious" must be determined by considering the scope and content of the prior art, the differences between the prior art and the claims at issue and the level of ordinary skill in the pertinent art.
